Our Work

With the insight and perspective of our members, the Quality Institute’s policy work spans areas such as payment reform, child and maternal health, and advancing Medicaid through our Medicaid Policy Center.

We offer regular webinars and learning activities to promote clinical quality improvement.

A critical element of our quality improvement work involves our partnership with The Leapfrog Group, a non-profit national organization that collects and publicly reports hospital safety and quality performance. We are the Regional Leader of the Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey and are proud to work with our members to promote transparency in quality measures.

Our Community Health work includes two signature programs, the Mayors Wellness Campaign and Conversation of Your Life (COYL). In both initiatives we work with local leaders across the state to advance the health and wellness of their communities.
