Join Samaritan on December 10, 2026, for a first-of-its-kind half-day conference to address one of New Jersey’s most pressing public health challenges: social isolation and loneliness, with the theme Connect. Educate. Innovate. Mobilize.

Brought to you by Samaritan and the Social Isolation, Loneliness and Connection Collaborative (SILCC), the conference will convene stakeholders from Housing & Supportive Services, Healthcare Organizations, Aging & Disability Services, Arts & Culture Organizations, Faith-Based & Community Groups, Caregivers, Advocates, and more as we come together to learn about the latest program innovations, networking opportunities, and cross-sector collaborations.

CEUs will be offered for multiple disciplines, including social workers, nurses, physicians, and pharmacists.

The Social Isolation, Loneliness and Connection Collaborative (SILCC) was one of the first organizations in the country to launch programs designed to address and reduce social isolation and loneliness. Convened by Samaritan during 2023, SILCC is a collaborative of major health systems and 45+ nonprofits, committed to addressing the physical and mental toll of social isolation in New Jersey.
