Join COYL for a webinar cohosted, in partnership, with the Hub for Aging Collaboration at the Rutgers School of Social Work. This event will explore advance care planning (ACP) in aging-focused social work and how it is practiced in different settings. The event will feature a moderated panel discussion with social workers in hospice/palliative care, community-based practice, and private practice with older adults. This event will also feature a special guest speaker, Lori Feldstein, CEO & Executive Director, Goals of Care Coalition of New Jersey, who will update us about the new Medicaid Palliative Care benefit and how social workers will play a role in delivering community-based palliative care.
