She designs strategies and tactics to realize the vision and mission of RCCA’s clinical and administrative leadership. Alison also oversees programmatic implementation utilizing a cyclical process of continuous quality improvement guided by a talented pool of people and well tested processes that are supported by state-of-the-art technology. She is responsible for the overall quality, patient-safety and outcome initiatives that put RCCA at the forefront of value-based programs in oncology. Lani has extensive background in payer and provider initiatives, and prior to joining RCCA she worked for integrated healthcare systems where she designed and implemented systematic care-coordination practices and transformation of ambulatory practices into Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMHs).
