As External Affairs Manager, Virginia works to strengthen the Quality Institute’s vital engagement with our members. Virginia supports our longstanding memberships, including many with the Quality Institute for more than 15 years, and also welcomes our newest members. Virginia makes sure, through the newly implemented Quality Institute Ambassador Program, that we continue as we have been doing for the last 20 years, convening our members at the table when discussing, planning and implementing our program and policy work. She also provides support for our Executive Management Program and our Mayors Wellness Campaign partnerships.
