As the Communications Manager, Vanessa brings her expertise in communications, marketing, and graphic design to strategize, manage, and develop the Quality Institute’s communications and marketing efforts (digital + print). This includes marketing campaigns, content creation, social media and website management, copywriting and copyediting, and more.

Vanessa holds a B.A. in English from Drew University and was among the first group of students at Drew to complete the esteemed New York Semester on Media and Communications.
