Jackie comes to the Quality Institute with valuable expertise in document preparation, data and records management, scheduling, and task prioritization — all elements critical to her support of human resources, IT, and finance. Jackie has years of experience in many industries, including private wealth management and health care. Her calm, cooperative attitude keeps the organization running smoothly and is essential to the often deadline-driven projects that support our mission. A graduate of Hartwick College, Jackie holds a B.A. in management with an emphasis in accounting.
