As Manager of Operations, Jacqueline Agogliati manages contractual relationships, develops infrastructure, and builds institutional memory for the organization to increase operational efficiency. Jackie makes sure that all staff members have the resources they need to effectively conduct their work. She ensures the highest levels of organizational effectiveness and communication. Jackie comes to the Quality Institute with expertise in document preparation, data and records management, scheduling, and task prioritization — all elements critical to her support of human resources, IT, and finance. Jackie has years of experience in many industries, including private wealth management and health care. A graduate of Hartwick College, Jackie holds a B.A. in management with an emphasis in accounting.
