As Program Officer, Armonie Pierre-Jacques works to advance Quality Institute policy and program work. Her current focus areas include maternal child health and health care affordability.  Armonie provides organizational leadership to the Maternal Infant Health Hub, a policy and learning initiative dedicated to strengthening midwifery practice in New Jersey.

As a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor, Armonie trains perinatal community health workers in MHFA to identify warning signs and symptoms and to provide resources for professional support. Armonie also supports the Quality Institute’s ongoing efforts to advocate for safe, affordable, and equitable reproductive health care.

Armonie earned a master’s degree in public health from Drexel University with a focus on improving community health for diverse populations. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in public health from the College of New Jersey.
