The New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute invites you to a full-day convening that integrates our two flagship maternal health initiatives: Maternity Action Plan (MAP) and Raising the Bar for Maternal Health Equity & Excellence (RTB) In bringing together cross-sector leaders, advocates, providers, and community members, this event aims to advance equity, access, and quality in maternal and infant health across New Jersey.


Featured Speaker

Iris Jones
Executive Director, Office of Women’s Health, NJ Department of Health
A nationally recognized leader in perinatal addiction and trauma-informed behavioral care, Ms. Jones co-founded the EMPOWER clinic at Cooper University Healthcare and first integrated legal support into maternal health services. Her deep expertise and advocacy continue to shape maternal care equity in NJ.

    Explore the role of male doulas

  • You Are the Advocate
    Promote health equity in your community, workplace, or leadership sphere

    Leverage Centering Pregnancy data to drive impact

  • Partnering with Community
    Roundtable on community-led approaches to maternal and infant health
