Re-Apply to Keep Your Heathcare Coverage

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center is working with patients to help them keep their healthcare coverage as the PHE ends. We are committed to assuring everyone has access to healthcare and health insurance. A Bergen County Board of Social Services caseworker will be at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center to assist with applications on:

Mondays & Wednesdays from 8:30am –12pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1pm – 4pm
